Our style guides are officially here and just in time to celebrate the launch of our newest collection, J'adore LA. 100% of the proceeds from this collection will be donated to help support Los Angeles Wildfire Relief Efforts. I would be nothing without this beautiful city and my incredible community and I hope that our pj's can bring someone a sense of comfort, peace and home - even just for one second.
When designing any collection for sosom, I am always thinking about how we can style the pieces. Because of the level of craftsmanship and the quality of the materials that we use to produce the garments - they really do not resemble pj's when styled. I mean this in all seriousness - but I never take my sosom's off. I am constantly finding new ways to wear the pieces and I'll go to sleep in one set and wear another one to work. The fabrics feel and look absolutely luxe and I wanted to give you a few looks I pulled for our newest Palisades Pink Set (obsessed) and our best-selling Stripes in j'adore.
Look number one is what I'm dreaming of right now - warmer weather on a boat in Lake Como with a mocktail in hand. I actually pulled this from a look book I recently designed for a VERY exciting bachelorette trip featuring sosom and ever since then I can't stop thinking about these pieces. There is something whimsical about the colors and textures and different mediums all working together to form what I think is maybe the most iconic lake style of all time. I have every single piece added to a Wishlist - Mom, Dad - if you're reading this my 25th is coming up and I love you very much. Our Palisades Pink is truly one of the most dreamy and flattering pinks I've ever worn and trust me I've been wearing pink since birth. It's perfectly pillowy with just enough ice to work with any metals and every tone. I've styled the set with brown, blue, red, green - you name it, I've done it and it works.
(Just to side bar quickly - I am a sucker for anything Rabanne and can't get enough of this bag. I also would love to give the bikini a moment because I've never seen anything cooler.)
