Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for sosom to process your order. Depending on your location, shipping times may vary. You can expect to receive your order within anywhere from 3-8 business days. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days after placing your order, please email us at som@shopsosom.com for further assistance. We are happy to help!
Returns
If you do not love your sosom order, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your garments to request a return. Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email with a return shipping label. After receiving your return label, you have 3 days to dispatch your package. If you do not send back your garments within 3 days of receiving your return label, you may become ineligible for a refund.
In order to receive a full refund, your garment must be in the same condition as you received it. The garments must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags, packaging and receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines. Returns will be processed to your original payment method once approved.

Exchanges
If your order does not fit the way you expected, you can return the garment and exchange it for a different size within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Damages
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garments to notify us of any damaged or defective goods. Please email us at som@shopsosom.com with your order number, defective item and reason for return.
